hp scanner genrated black pages

dear Experts

please help 

I am using hp scan sjet 2500 f1 scanner to add files to pdf from scanner option avalable with adobe acrobat xi pro software.

scanner is not functioning as designed and not working as it is working form HP software application utility

any oen have solution?

Sounds like issue with the HP software, not with Adobe's software...

thanks
it scan ok for many timesbut only with adobe it start making black pagesit is not doing the same with hp software only with adobe software it is giving black pagesand it makes two sides scan without asking to that before it start getting black pages
