Hyperlinks not working on Acrobat Pro DC

Hyperlinks (either freshly created on the latest Illustrator or old —previously functioning— PDFs) are now ignored by Acrobat. Unless you insist. A lot:

Problem persists in different machines.

The amount of time one wastes after every single Adobe update is just appalling.

Anyone else? Any non time-consuming fix for this?
