When I print a pdf from an HTML type report, hyperlinks and hyperlinked words are not opening. This issue wasn't occuring before, so is there any updates made to the way path is grabbed when switching from HTML to pdf that we should be aware of?

Hi,

Can you confirm the version of your software and operating system?

Can you also list the steps you take to create the PDF?

The only links Reader will create by itself are ones over plain-text URLs. If the links in the web-page you're converting are not that, and the converter you're using (which isn't a part of Reader) doesn't generate link objects from the links on the page, then no, they won't be clickable.

Printing to PDF will not generate links. In order for that to happen you must use the Acrobat PDFMaker plugin to convert the web-page to PDF.

Addendum: Of course, you will need Acrobat for that. You can't do it with the free Reader.
