I am having problems with Acrobat Pro.  Its no letting me do anything

Had the same problem today and this fixed it immediately.  Try the acrofix download.  Here's the link:  Doesn't launch after 30 days | Installed as part of a CS6 suite

I have done evry thing I could , and it still not working. Either I have an answer, or I will cancel my year subscription.

It's not working for me for months. And there is no help from Adobe. Very bad services on this product.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

What is the exact error message that you see?

windows;One says it is corrupt. Then it saysentry point not found. The nest says:Unable to capture Paper recognition. Then another says Exception processing Message, 0xc0000139-unexpected parameters.
