I am receiving this message when I try to request e-signatures for a PDF:

Can someone please help?

@mandy_6378 how was it resolved? Did the IT department allowed access for you? Or what was the resolution for others down the road?

Hi @mandy_6378 , from the screenshot it seems that some server call is failing on your machine. Usually this happens when something is amiss in your account settings. Isolating the true reason for failure will require collecting network logs and those won't be appropriate to share here on public forum as they might have your account information. You can contact Adobe Support or I'll drop you a private message with steps to generate a log and I'll try to provide some basic directions on what might be going wrong.
