I have enrolled on the free trial and I now want to pay for the full program but It won't let me pay by Paypal because it says my Paypal account is not in the same country.
I must have said in signing up for the free trial that I was in the USA whereas I'm not - I am in the UK.
I can't find where to change this detail
Thank you for the chat line link which worked very well. It just saved me over £200. I thought from the sales web page that the annual subscription was $14.17 but now realise that the payment was monthly with a years commitment. I have therefore decided that I don't need this facility to edit PDF and I will make other arrangements for my documentation. I understand that a Business set up might carry this expenditure but for a personal home use it is extortionate. Cheers Brian
