- when I click the Sign button it shows the 2 signatures that are already there but no options to add or edit those and I don't know where else to look to either fix one of the current signatures or add additional ones

Hi Bunkle01,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to add signatures on a pdf, is that correct?
Would it be possible to share the screenshot ( when trying to add signature on a pdf) with us? To share the screenshot here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
Also, check if signing is allowed on the pdf by opening the pdf in Acrobat > right-click the pdf > document properties > security tab.
Also, let us know the application you are using to sign the pdf - Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat?
Operating system installed on the machine - Mac or Windows?
Let us know if you need any help.

Why Does Adobe limit the number of signatures to two?
I shouldn't have to muck around with registry settings, renaming files and deleting signatures.
This is rediculous...
Another half baked Adobe solution.
Another waste of the subscription monies I pay for this product.
When are Adobe going to rectify this limitation?!!

I am having the same issue. I can sign by selecting one of the existing two signatures but there is no option to create new. Any solution?

Same issue. Two signature but can't add more
Apparently there is a limit of two, as I can delete one of them and replace it by another

Hi. The way I solve the issue, which I also encountered several times, which is I sign out from my Adobe account at the document first, then the occupied signature will be disappeared. After you signed in back and insert the new signature, uncheck the box "save signature" at left bottom corner, so that the signature just added won't be occupying that space for next document.
But saying how to avoid it happening, this I cannot tell, I also don't know why would that happen. Hope this can help you the current issue.

Thank you for reaching out.
Please let us know the issue you are experiencing when trying to add a signature.
Would like to inform you that under the Fill & Sign tool, you can add only two signatures. If you need to add a signature, you have to remove one of the old ones.
For more information, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/signing-pdfs.html.
If you are experiencing other issues, it would be helpful to share more information.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I have two signatures added but after acrobat reader updated to last version I'm unable to delete any of the two added and add another one. I can select any of the current signatures, and there is a big X in the right side of the signature box, but it does nothing.
Can you help me?

This appears to be the UI on the old Acrobat. Could you advise for someone running the new version as the link isn't as obvious as it was before.
