I and my users cannot use PDF Convertor even though we have purchased for Acrobat Standard

I and my users cannot convert PDF to word/excel in the app, the option shown as grey, even though we have purchased for Acrobat Standard. But we can only use it on a online convertor.

Have you tried installing the Add-in through the Microsoft Store: https://adobe.ly/3XGeHvW.
