I can't save fillable pdfs

Hi, I can't save fillable pdfs. This first happened with a new pdf so I thought it was the pdf. But now I've tried it with an older pdf I had no trouble saving. I put Save and a window open that says 'Save as' but it gets stuck there. I checked and I have the last version of Adobe Reader DC apparently. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this: Go to Edit (or the application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".

Thanks! It worked! I was beginning to think I could have some virus or something because I tried uninstalling to install again and some weird messages showed up and it didn't let me. It also worked perfectly on another computer. But now with your suggestion it worked. Thanks again!
