I cannot print from adobe acrobat Pro

Hello

I have been having issus when I trying to print documents from Adobe Acrobat Pro.

version 2023.001.20174 - 64 bit

 

When I press print and select the printer I want to use, a box appears saying this page cannot be printed.

I can't even print to pdf from the program either. When I open a pdf file in the browser, it is possible to print it.

So this problem is in the program

I have reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro several times now.

Can someone please help me with my problem

I recently got a new PC, and had to reinstall Adobe Pro DC.  It installed (what I assume to be) an upgraded version of this product.  I have had nothing but problems since I reinstalled. And I have reinstalled and repaired, and restarted several times.  Always the same problems, unable to print directly from a Acrobat (can print file from browser), OCR scan produces a black page, I must Undo  ClearScan OCR for the document to come back up for editing. Toolbar is no longer an option, cannot do anything with comments option.  This upgrade is garbage for me.

Check and confirm if the issue occurs with a particular PDF. Share the screenshot of the error message.

It would be helpful if you could share the file so we can check it.

Same issue.  I can print from the browser, but not from acrobat.  Tried all troubleshooting steps in the link referenced above.

Let us know what happens when you try to print the PDF. If you get any error message, share the screenshot.

Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine. Also, confirm if it happens with all the PDFs or some particular files.

If you can share some sample PDFs and the steps you do to print, it will help us to replicate the behavior.
