Hi @Yuni17500338my98,

Try repairing Acrobat - To Repair:

  • Launch Acrobat, click on the Hamburger icon(New UI) >Help Menu or Help(Classic UI)
  • First, check if you have any pending updates, check updates.
  • Repair Installation
  • Close Acrobat
  • Relaunch Acrobat and try.

If the issue is still reproducible, let us know the version of Acrobat installed on your machine and the OS name and version.

I cannot get to the hamburger menu as Acrobat launches then gives the error msg 205 and then when I dismiss the error msg, the app closes. Acrobat version:24.002.21005 and MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

Thank you for your patience and support.
You have the latest version installed on your machine. Try using the Acrobat cleaner tool for Mac: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

  • Uninstall Acrobat
  • Restart your machine, if possible.
  • Install Acrobat and try it again. Let me know if the issue is reproducible

Let me know how it works.

Is this something I can run even though Acrobat is part of our enterprise licensed CC?

@Yuni17500338my98
You can, but it won't be recommended. There is a good chance your IT team may have customized the product, and you may not even have enough access to do a reinstallation.
Since you have an enterprise license, you can reach out to your IT or POC for Adobe Product at your workplace, and they have direct access to the Enterprise Support team, and this will be addressed.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
