How did you solve? I was initially having error 205 and now error 10000 with Acrobat.

Hi @Yuni17500338my98,

I cannot get to the hamburger menu as Acrobat launches then gives the error msg 205 and then when I dismiss the error msg, the app closes. Acrobat version:24.002.21005 and MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

Thank you for your patience and support.
You have the latest version installed on your machine. Try using the Acrobat cleaner tool for Mac: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html.
Let me know how it works.

Is this something I can run even though Acrobat is part of our enterprise licensed CC?

You can, but it won't be recommended. There is a good chance your IT team may have customized the product, and you may not even have enough access to do a reinstallation.
Since you have an enterprise license, you can reach out to your IT or POC for Adobe Product at your workplace, and they have direct access to the Enterprise Support team, and this will be addressed.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
