i cant import a preflight-profiles to other PCs or Mac.

I made my own preflight-profiles, 

an i can export them.

1. on PC and mac i cannot import the .kfp-Files on other PCs or Mac.
2. on my own maschine i can import and export - there is no problem.

3. i also tried to exchance the .kfg-Files in the Preference-Folder.
4. i tried the "Sandbox-Solution" on Mac, but it didnt work.
(Preferences -> Securitiy (advanced) ...

is there a simple solution?

Otherwise i had to make new -Preflight-Profiles on every single computer.

What version of Acrobat do you have? What version do the other computers have?

What exactly happens when you try to import them?

The newest Version. 2024.002.20991
Windows 10/11, MacOS 10.12.6

Acrobat says "Das Profilpaket *XYZ* konnte nicht importiert werden".
