I donť know Adobe ID

In 2017, we purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.
The license was installed by an external company that no longer exists.
We don't know the Adobe ID, only the license serial number. Now we need to transfer the license to the new server.
How to proceed in this case?

    You must transfer the license to an account that's under your control. Using the serial number without doing that is not allowed. Contact Adobe directly for help with this matter.
