I get Bad Parameter message when using cloud tool in Acrobat "comments" section

I'm grateful to have this fixed but hope to help anyone else save some of their lives.

I've spent at least 5 hours with a chat and 3 different live technicians to reload and check and reload and check and........to fix this.

As it turns out, at some point I had inadvertantly slid the line thickness dot over to the far left, .  For some reason all the other tools continue to work with the thinest line thickness on that setting but on the the cloud tool it reults in a Bad Parameter message.

Just FYI
