I have a digital copy of Adobe Acrobat, but I don't have the serial number. Customer Support was helping me but I inadvertently closed the window. Now when I go back to chat, it shows the old chat but no way to reactivate help. HELP!
The Customer Support folks found the serial number for my digital download, but I inadvertently closed the chat window right after I was connected to Bilal in 2nd Tier. Can someone call me? When I go back into Chat, it just shows the old transcript and says to contact forums for 24x7 support, and no way to reactivate a chat. It just keeps going to the old chat with the communication window closed.
