Bernd Alhelt is right. Distiller get installed when you install Acrobat Pro 9. You don't required to install it separately.

Adobe Acrobat 9 is an Old and EOL application. It is not supported on the latest Mac and Win OS. To know more about the EOL please check the link https://adobe.ly/3WyRI5g

You should know, though, that Acrobat 9 is very old, not supported by Adobe anymore and not compatible with any current operating system.

I have been using Acrobat 9 on the latest Mac OS and Adobe CC products with no problem at home. I use the full cloud membership at work. I see Acrobat DC is finally included in the plan. I must have missed the memo last year.
