The standard Creative Cloud subscription gives you both and a lot more.

You can also have separate plans to Premiere Pro and Acrobat. If you don't see both, one possibility is that you may have two Adobe IDs. If you have two Adobe IDs, you would have to sign in with each one to see items stored in the Cloud.

If you have two Adobe IDs, contact Customer Care to combine the accounts. Do not respond to PMs.

Yes, it's possible to have separate subscriptions or in Acrobat's case, a standalone purchase. Acrobat Pro subscription is $20 US per month; Premier Pro is $21 US per month. The Creative Cloud is $55 US per month.

While the Creative Cloud is more expensive, you also get many other programs needed for video: After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, and more. Much more cost effective in the long run.
