I just want to print fillable fields and hide other text

I have created a fillable form. I want to print just fillable fields because I have already printed forms.

I copied all fillable fields on the next blank page and print that page. But all fillable text was not positioned after printed. It was skewed. I need help/

If you have Acrobat there's a built-in option in the Print dialog to only print the form fields, under Comments & Forms:
