I have a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro currently installed on a PC. I do not believe it was ever registered, just installed with the serial key. Unfortunately neither the box or install disc still exists. Is there any way to retrieve a serial from my existing installation? I still have the option to Deactivate this install. I just want to move the install to a new PC.

If you never registered, probably not. Log-in to your account below to check.

I think it's fair to say, you need a modern version of Acrobat.
For security reasons, old downloads are no longer available.
Free Acrobat Reader DC

Or if you need to do more, Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard

adouglas_mte, good morning.
You cannot extract the serial key from an existing installation.
A serial key is like a key at home.
Just as you can't get into a house without a key at home, you can't install without a serial key.
Also Acrobat XI is a very old product. Due to a change in Adobe's policy, the installer cannot be obtained unless it is a downloaded version purchased from Adobe.com, so it can not be installed, and even if it can be installed, continuing to use an support ended product poses a security risk Because it is not recommended, I think it is better to consider switching to Acrobat DC of subscription type.
