After I subscribed and unsubscribed to Abode extra services I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe but I still could not do the basic task of printing a document to Pdf.  I have subscription to Adobe cloud through work and am able to login to Adobe creative cloud but I don't know how to make it work.

Hi @Centenary386231588e1b

This is only possible if you have Adobe Acrobat installed with an active license on a Windows machine.

You don't have it available with Reader—it is a freeware application. If you have canceled your Acrobat subscription, it is not possible either.

Sorry, do you mean Adobe Acrobat a free application?

This is because before I purchased Adobe subscription I must have got Adobe Acrobat installed but since I cancelled my subscription, it seemed the Adobe Acrobat discontinued.  I am so confused with so many Adobe products.

You can get it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

But again, you can't use it to print another file to a PDF. You can use it to print an existing PDF file to your printer, though.

Thanks, I have downloaded and installed but when I went to print to pdf it still asked me to renew my subscription.  Meanwhile, I can do the same task on other computers that do not have any subscription?  I am so confused.

Do you have Acrobat installed and are you logged into it with your account that has the subscription?

I don't have the paid subscription any more but I would like to be able to use the free adobe acrobat reader, what should I do?  I tried downloading and installing many times and still can't print pdf.
