After I subscribed and unsubscribed to Abode extra services I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe but I still could not do the basic task of printing a document to Pdf.  I have subscription to Adobe cloud through work and am able to login to Adobe creative cloud but I don't know how to make it work.

Hi @Centenary386231588e1b

This is only possible if you have Adobe Acrobat installed with an active license on a Windows machine.

You don't have it available with Reader—it is a freeware application. If you have canceled your Acrobat subscription, it is not possible either.

Sorry, do you mean Adobe Acrobat a free application?

This is because before I purchased Adobe subscription I must have got Adobe Acrobat installed but since I cancelled my subscription, it seemed the Adobe Acrobat discontinued.  I am so confused with so many Adobe products.

I'm in the same situation. Was ALWAYS able to print to pdf before having a Pro subscription. After cancelling my sub (after two years of paying and nto really using) I now can't do this simple task. So frustrating! Shouldn't have to pay $30 a month to utilise a simple feature that is usually available for free.

Please read the thread above. Printing to PDF is not, and never was, a feature of the free Adobe Reader.
If you were able to do it without Acrobat then you were using non-Adobe software to do it.

Do you have Acrobat installed and are you logged into it with your account that has the subscription?

I don't have the paid subscription any more but I would like to be able to use the free adobe acrobat reader, what should I do?  I tried downloading and installing many times and still can't print pdf.
