After I subscribed and unsubscribed to Abode extra services I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe but I still could not do the basic task of printing a document to Pdf.  I have subscription to Adobe cloud through work and am able to login to Adobe creative cloud but I don't know how to make it work.

Hi @Centenary386231588e1b

This is only possible if you have Adobe Acrobat installed with an active license on a Windows machine.

You don't have it available with Reader—it is a freeware application. If you have canceled your Acrobat subscription, it is not possible either.

Sorry, do you mean Adobe Acrobat a free application?

This is because before I purchased Adobe subscription I must have got Adobe Acrobat installed but since I cancelled my subscription, it seemed the Adobe Acrobat discontinued.  I am so confused with so many Adobe products.

I've only ever used official Adobe software. I've just uninstalled all Adobe, reinstalled free reader and now I have access to Microsoft print to PDF, but the general print to PDF option is gone. 15 mins ago I couldn't do either, so glad to have the option back. Maybe the wording is different depending on if you Sub or not, but there was always an option there for free.

No, there wasn't. I'm not going to discuss it further with you, though. If you want to believe that there was, be my guest.

Do you have Acrobat installed and are you logged into it with your account that has the subscription?

I don't have the paid subscription any more but I would like to be able to use the free adobe acrobat reader, what should I do?  I tried downloading and installing many times and still can't print pdf.
