If i create an editable form using Adobe pro, can others use it fully using adobe reader?

i want to use adobe pro to create a form my team can use and complete straight onto the doucment however they wont have licences for adobe pro- only adobe reader. 

 

Will they be able to use the fully and complete the document if they only have reader?

Yes if they are using Acrobat Reader DC or Adobe Reader 11.

If they are using an earlier version ( < 10) they can use a form but they cannot save it if the form is not "Reader enabled".

* If it's the latest version of Reader. Earlier versions require a special right be applied to the form so it can be saved.
