Bonjour,

 

J'ai inséré des photos sur un document word.

 

Après avoir enregistré le fichier en format PDF, ces photos ne s'affichent pas.

 

J'ai la version Adobe Acrobat 8 standard sur Windows 10.

Finalement, le problème provient du paramétrage dans word :

 

Options Word / Affichage / Options d'impression / il faut cocher tous les paramètre "Imprimer..."

Si vous utilisez la fonction d'enregistrement en PDF de Word, comme les métadonnées du fichier joint le laissent croire, ça n'a rien à voir avec Acrobat. Ça viendrait plutôt de Word, quelle version utilisez-vous ?

Avez-vous essayé d'exporter depuis Word avec PDFMaker (alias "le ruban Acrobat") ?

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

     

    Please try to create the PDF using Adobe Acrobat DC as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html  and see if that works for you.

     

    Note: Adobe Acrobat 8 is an old EOL application it may or may not work with the latest version of MAC and Windows OS.
