Image placeholder - edit in pdf form

New Here ,
Jun 08, 2023 Jun 08, 2023

I have created a pdf form with an image placeholder.

When I add an image, it is smaller then the placeholder.

I would like to be able resize the image and adjust it in the placeholder. Can this be done?

Thank you!

(If I can't edit the image what Adobe progam is best for this? WOuld I be able to import the pdf or would I need to create a new one?)

Hi @Elly30354072pnqg

When you add an image placeholder in a pdf form, you select Add image and drag it to the position you want it to be placed. While dragging, you can adjust the size.

However, if you are looking for a specific size of the image to be placed, then refer to the steps given in

Move or resize an image or object

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/edit-images-or-objects-pdf.html

Image: Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Edit

. When you hover over an image you can edit, the image icon appears in the top left corner.

Interactive Objects: To edit form fields, buttons, or other interactive objects, choose Tools > Rich Media > Select Object

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Akanchha
