Importing video: "Snap to content proportions" is grayed out

I am reviving a previous thread. When placin 16:9 video into my PDF, it gets placed in a different ratio with black bars above and below. When looking at the settings during placement, the "Snap to content proportions" is checked and grayed out. The width and height are also grayed out at 320x240. I am unable to chnage the dimentions or crop the video. 
Help!
Acrobat Pro latest version as of today.

Hi,

 

The option first option is greyed out until I select a video, then I am able to de-checked it.

before selecting video file:

The width and height options further down the dialog are only selectable when you change the above drop down to "Play content in a floating window"
