Impossible de trouver ou de créer la police Calibri

Question

Bonjour,Depuis quelques jours, Adobe Acrobat affiche ce message d'erreur et des caractères cabalistiques à la place du texte. La police Calibri est pourtant bien installée (c'est la police système !!!) sur le poste...Je n'ai pas ce problème en ouvrant le document sur Adobe Online.Si quelqu'un a une piste.Merci !

Assurez vous que l'option "Utiliser les polices locales" soit bien cochée dans Préférences : Affichage(Relancez Acrobat après modification de cette option)

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error 'Cannot find or create Calibri font'

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try the following settings:

Go to Edit (Windows), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) >Preferences > Internet > Uncheck "Display in Read Mode by Default" > Click OK
