IMPRESSION PAGES BLANCHES

Bonjour, lorsque j'imrpime des documents PDF Adobe Reader, certains s'impriment bien et d'autres ne s'imprime pas et des pages blanches sortent. J'ai contacté Canon, la marque mon imprimante, nous avons désinstaller et réinstaller l'imprimante mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Canon m'a dit de contacter Adobe. Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out.

My suggestion would have been to update the printer drivers. Since you have already contacted Canon, you have limited my options.

 

Let's try following, and please keep us updated on what happens. 

  • Open Google Chrome and MS Edge, press Ctrl + O > Open dialog > Locate a PDF file, and then try printing. If this prints correctly, I am not surprised because most third-party applications print PDF documents as images, ignoring issues with files that may not be visually present. If that is the case, the issue is likely with the File/Files. 
  • If you create a new PDF file and try printing, check if the issue is reproducible. 
  • Try To Disable Protected mode, launch Acrobat >Ctrl/Cmd + K > Preference > Security (Enhanced) > Disable Protected mode at start up". Click Ok. Relaunch Acrobat and try again.

I've just done everything you told me but the page is still blank, do you have any other ideas please?
