In Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, I can print but I can´t scan.

Whenever I try to scan, it says there are no scanners detected. Can anyone help? I am usings Windows 10

Simple first question: is your scanner on? No scanning software can turn the scanner on. It must be on to be recognized by the software.

Scanners and Acrobat is a never ending story... The good news is that you are on Windows, where there is a better chance for success. The first thing I would try is to re-install the driver and software that came with your printer/scanner. When you do this, make sure that you are using the latest version of the software that is available from the manufacturer. You may also ask the manufacturer if they are aware of any problems involving your model and Adobe Acrobat.

Thank you for your reply. I have already downloaded the latest version but
will contact HP about the possible problems with Adobe Acrobat
