In properties of highlighted selection, color box, choice-boxes are now smaller, harder to use

With selection highlighted>properties>clicking color box, the recent update made the choice colors boxes smaller and harder to select for someone like me who regularly wants to apply a different-than-default color, while usually using the default.  Was this reduction of box-sizes intentional or an error that i can hope will be fixed soon?  I really love using this feature, but now it requires more concentration and focus as the color is so tiny.  Thank you!

After the new desastrous interface, which I have to disable after the updates, there's now this tiny color box.
