Hi

I would like to re save a document (exported from InDesign in HIgh resolution) as a low res document in Adobe PDF software.

This is a task i do daily and have not experienced this issue previously.

However, on this occasion I have received the following error message when i open the file.

I have tried various method of exporting but have not had any luck getting round this.

The document is PDFing from InDesign with no problems - So the issue must be with Adobe PDF software.

Any advice on how to fix this issue  would be appreciated.

Error message

"Adobe Acrobat DC could not open (file name) because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

To create an Adobe PDF document, go the the source application, Then print the document to Adobe PDF."
