Dear Adobe Support Team,
I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for quite some time. However, due to the recent price increase from 180 TL to 1300 TL, I decided to cancel my subscription today.
During the cancellation process, I was offered an option to continue using the service for an additional 2 months free of charge. I clicked "Continue" without confirming, but as the page was loading, I pressed the back button, thinking that this might result in mandatory usage after the 2 months. When the page reloaded, my plan appeared as renewed. When I attempted to cancel again, I was shown a cancellation fee of 6300 TL.
Since my registered bank card is no longer linked to my account, no payment was made, and I successfully canceled the subscription before the renewal period. I also removed all the applications from my computer.
I would like to confirm if there are any issues with my account or if there is any outstanding payment. If any errors occurred, I kindly request assistance in resolving the situation. I look forward to your response.
