Insertable Photos/Fillable Forms on Ipad

I have created a legal document (release) within Adobe Acrobat Pro. I work in the television industry and I'm wanting to send Ipads out into the field where our producers can pull up this release for a signature and a photo attachment. I have created my releases and have included a part where we can add an insertable "file or photo". When I try opening these documents on my Ipad through Acrobat reader I can see the button to add the photo, and when I click on it, it presses the button but nothing happens. Am I missing a step somewhere?

I have also tried opening these up on a computer using Acrobat Reader and the function works flawlessly. I would greatly appreciate some insight. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Acrobat for mobile devices doesn't support this feature.

The only app I'm aware of that does is PDF Expert by Readdle, but it's not

free.
