I have been using my Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for years
Recently some trial for Acrobat Pro DC got on my computer and has been causing issues. I could not find PRO DC in the programs directory to uninstall so I uninstalled all of Acrobat XI Pro with the intent to reinstall and hopefully solve my problems.
Now I can't reinstall and I'm getting this error.
Error 1303 The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory. The installation cannot continue. Log in as the administrator.
I am the owner of this laptop, there are no other user profiles so I am logged in as the administrator.

Hi, I am having this problem but the troubleshooter does not work with Windows 10. It only refers to XP, 7, and Vista. What are the instructions for Windows 10?
