Installed adobe acrobat but it won't open

I'm trying to get adobe acrobat DC installed on a Galaxy Book Go that's running Windows 10 Pro Education.

I've installed it no problem, it goes through the motions with installation then right at the end it says all done and you can click finish and launch the application. But as soon as I press finish, the window disappears and nothing opens. Occasionally will get a new tab open in the browser thanking me for installing but the application is radio silent. I can't find it in applications and it doesn't show up in the start menu. If I go into the C drive I can find some files including the AcroPro application but if I click it a pop up comes up saying "the installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact the porduct vendor.

Do I need to install a different kind of acrobat reader? Does such a thing exist? I'm not super computer literate so any help will be appreciated in very colloquial language.

Hello

I understand this would be a frustrating experience.
Have you had a chance to check our Help page: https://adobe.ly/4f3ULtR to find out if your machine is compatible with Adobe Acrobat Pro? If the processor on the machine isn't compatible or listed among the processors mentioned in the above-mentioned help page, then sadly, there isn't much that can be done.

Let us know what you find at your end.
