Hello

I hope someone can help as clearly Adobe abandon you as an older customer and offer no direct tech support. Very unhelpful.

Intel Mac running 10.6.8

I need to install Acrobat 7.0 Professional I have the original upgrade disc for Acrobat 4.0 original disc (which will not install as it used the older operating system).

I have serial numbers on the discs

Both discs were previously registered to me after purchase.

The 7.0 disc loads but it cannot find the old software. I cannot enter the old software as 4.0 does not run.

Grateful for any help here.

Regards

I highly doubt Acrobat 7 will run on your OS. It is a very old version, released a long time ago, and its activation servers are not even running anymore. On top of that you seem to have an upgrade license, which means you would need the serial number of the full version.

It's not clear from your description if you actually have that or not... Without it you can't install Acrobat at all.
