Hey guys,

One of our adobe creative cloud user in our office has been using adobe creative cloud and application installed with it before just fine.

However, when he tries to install adobe acrobat pro, it gives this "waiting" sign on the top right corner and progresses no further.

I tried to manually download adobe acrobat using these links:

https://helpx.adobe.com/au/download-install/kb/download-availability.html?promoid=1K8FDDZR&mv=other

https://helpx.adobe.com/au/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html

But I couldnt find any suitable version for M1 chip.

Would there be anywhere I could download and manually install adobe acrobat pro without needing adobe creative cloud.

kind regards,

Sabnam Thapa

Hi Sabnam

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and try to install the application from one of the links below

:

For Acrobat Pro DC https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

For Acrobat Pro 2020 https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html
