Installing Adobe Acrobat X Pro

Hi! I have a Adobe Acrobat X Pro license from 2010 and need to install on a new Wind 11 based PC.

Is this version upgraded for Win 11, and how can I install it?

Acrobat X is an old and unsupported version, and is not officially compatible with any current OS.
To increase the chances of it working properly make sure you have all updates installed (up to 10.1.16) and run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7. But even doing so, problems are to be expected.

Updates are available here:
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/10.x/
You must use a dedicated FTP client (like FileZilla) to open the link, it won't work in most browsers.

Hello again!

Thanks for tips and advices!

It works well on my old PC with Wind 10 OS. And current version is 10.1.16

So I will make some efforts as recommended, and cross my fingers...

I've run it on Windows 11 until TODAY... I'll try some of the tips here, but I'm guessing it's not going to work.

Task Manager just says "Fatal error," but apparently no logs or Event Viewer entries to help troubleshoot.

This is frustrating.
