Installing Fonts in Windows 10 Enterprise, How? edit text after Recognize Text

I need help to add a Font that is not available from Microsoft but is available from Adobe. 

Said Adobe Font Webpage indicated it is avalable for "Embed fonts in PDFs for viewing and printing"

After I added this font but why does Adobe respond that Cloud is updated but did not mention Windows?

I tried following

1. Installing Fonts in Windows 8 and older 
2. Adding a new font to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Quote: "Acrobat DC automatically picks the fonts installed into the system. You need to download and install the fonts in your system itself."
3. While I waited for help, I also tried re-creating the Adobe font list files by running a search for "Adobefnt*.lst" on my machine and deling all the results, without any luck. 
4. Creating text - how to revert to system font 
5. Adobe response after my adding this font is Cloud is updated but why did it not mention Windows?
