Great. Thank you for the information. The 32 bit Version of Acrobat will not work forever I guess.

Do you know if Acrobat plans a newer Version of the plugin? Or is this product cancelled?

Regards
Jens

I have the version of Wacom-signpro-Acrobat-Plugin.msi made on 10/27/2016.

Unfortunately, this is very old and does not handle the Registry as described.

My other big problem is that it cannot be used with 64-bit Adobe Reader DC.

Could someone somehow send me a newer version of the plugin that actually

handles the registry entries that Wacom_Installation-and-Configuration.pdf writes about?

I would put your name in gold if you also manage 64-bit Adobe Reader DC!

I also heard that Wacom has stopped developing this and is very secretive

about all information about this useful little plugin.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

thank you for the quick reply. I don't think this message ist true. I have the newest Acrobat DC installed.

Thanks for the screen shot. This is current, and also shows the vital info that it is 64-bit. Please check the system requirements for your plug-in to see if it is supposed to work with 64-bit Acrobat. This is very new, and many plug-ins need the old 32-bit Acrobat. It may be time to contact support for the plug-in.

More info: the current plug-in download was made in 2019. 64-bit Acrobat is new since 2021, so this one certainly will not run in 64-bit Acrobat.

The first message seems to be saying that it can't find Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on your system. The message is clear, but is it true? Have you actually installed Acrobat or Acrobat Reader?

Also, if it is installed, is it 32-bit or 64-bit? (It says in the title bar with recent versions).

Of course I mean "...Acrobat DC" in the headline.
