Integration of Adobe PDF Editor Tool into our web application

Hello Team,

We are from a IT company. We are developing a web application. We are required to develop a PDF Editor which serves the functionality such as Redline strike through, markup feature for our documents which are in Azure cloud. It will be very helpful if you get us through this feature. What is the process need to be followed? What is the steps to use the libraries?

As attached in attachment, there are 4 SDK for windows, which is suitable for our functionality.
