Interactive PDF no longer working

Hi,

After installing Acrobat Pro to edit some document all my Interactive PDF are no longer working.

I'm on hurry to deliver a project and I'm stuck on this problem.

Can you help?

for exemple The text box in grey should have been active to receive text but they are no longer taking text when I click on them
