I've done all the typicals - uninstalled, reinstalled, repair, etc.

is this a problem with the cc desktop app?

 

acrobat?

 

what os?

Windows 11 Pro

I haven't opened any other programs under my CC but it seems to be Adobe that is the issue.

It's almost like the program hasn't loaded completely.

Yes, it's the desktop app.
