Internal Error while exporting PDF comments to Excel

Hello All,

While exporting the comments from the PDF to an excel file , I am getting the above error. It is working for smaller files but this one is large(6MB). Can someone help me with any solutions?

Thanks for reporting. Could you please answer the following,

1. Is the issue happening on a specific file or, on all files? if there's any pattern of pdf files getting converted?

2. Is the issue happening while exporting to word or, ppt file as well

3. Please share Acrobat and OS version

Hi, Thanks for responding.

1. The issue is happening specifically for this file(I assume because of its large size)

2. While exporting to word, it gives me a blank document.

3. I am using the Adobe acrobat Pro, version 2024.002.20736 64-bit .
