Invalid serial numbers
We own a LWS licence for Acrobat 10.0 and tried to install it on one of our business devices. First few times we were not able to download due to error messages. After discussing that issue with the Adobe Support Chat and several tries, downloading was suddenly possible.
When we managed to install Acrobat 10.0, we got an error message saying that the serial number is invalid. We do have a software licence certificate with the serial number, so it can't be invalid or wrong. After getting in contact with Adobe Support Chat again, they told us we have to raise the question in the Adobe Forum as Acrobat 10.0 issues were no longer supported over the Adobe Support Chat.
Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so, maybe have a solution for it? Many thanks in advance for any advice.
