Invoice from Adobe

I received Invoices from Adobe, which are not valid in the Slovakia. In Invoices are missing details about our company (full name, adress, ID, VAT ID, etc.) which are mandatory in our country. We also dont understand, why is calculated VAT in amount 20%, as we know in the Ireland is 23%... Where I can add this information and ask for valid invoices?

This is a user-to-user forum to help with issues about using Acrobat. Most invoices have an address and/or phone number to call with quesions, and that is probably the best thing to do. Without giving personal details (this is a public forum), do you have that information on the invoice?

Also, do not give personal info to anyone who messages you. If Adobe staff sees this, they will have a red staff badge and an adobe email and can look up your account info.
