Under the audit report (usually the last page on the form), it shows the IP address from the sender and the signer.
Why the IP address captured under "Email viewed by (signer)" is sometimes totally different from the IP address captured under "Signer (email) entered name at signing as (signer's name)"? I did some tests in my end, and there are times which both IP addresses are exactly the same (as they should), but there are times which both differ. There is one scenario in which the signer viewed the email in the US but then after 10 minutes the form was signed in India.
Does anyone know why/reason this happens? Thank you

Is this happening at work or at home?
Based on what you're describing, it looks as if the signer have signed in from different computing devices. Have you asked the user if he/she is using both a computer and a mobile device to open and view the file?
In which case, it makes me wonder if the user is also using different web browsers simultaneously when viewing the file. If this would be the case, can you confirm if the signers is behind a proxy service or VPN firewall?
