We have users that need to merge PDF files into one document. These files can contain PII and medical information. Is the online utility called Acrobat MERGE PDF HIPAA compliant?

I saw that earlier but wasn't sure how Adobe MERGE Online deletes the temporary file(s) created during the merging. It says it deletes the file but doesn't say how or if the deletion is compliant with security guidelines. I was hoping someone from Adobe could clarify that.
