Hello Joan!

I hope you are doing well.

For detailed information on the system requirements for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Standard, please refer to this article: System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat.

Additionally, Acrobat is compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia, as well as macOS 12, macOS 13, and macOS 14 (Sonoma).

Why does Adobe Acrobat constantly freeze with Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.4 when trying to print a .pdf? When I try the HELP tab to check for updates I get a 301 error message and a reply that says Adobe doesn't have a work around???

Hello @ERic S

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry for the trouble you had with Acrobat.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: Version: 25.001.21223 Planned update. Feb 17, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

Ensure macOS is fully updated.

If the issue continues, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed Acrobat app, restart the machine, and install Acrobat.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
