Is AI Assistant for Acrobat included with my Creative Cloud Pro Plan? When I try to use it, I get the message, "No requests remaining" even though my account profile says I have unlimited access to standard features of Generative AI and 4000 credits to Premium Features.
It's a simple question.
Please help.
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out.
Please confirm if you have purchased the AI subscription. With the ongoing subscription, the AI Assistant feature is available for free for a limited time. After that, you will need to purchase the subscription. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3HcXYuX.
As you mentioned, your profile shows unlimited access for Generative AI. Could you please share a screenshot of the services listed under your profile?
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thanks for the information. Can't say it feels right considering the cost and what IS included with the Creative Cloud Pro plan.

@Bubblehead71 in addition to what @Meenakshi Negi mentioned—AI Assistant for Acrobat IS NOT INCLUDED with your Creative Cloud Pro Plan. It's a separate 'add-on' which you need to pay for.
I know it sounds confusing but your "unlimited access to standard features of Generative AI" and "4000 credits to Premium Features" are for tools like Generative Fill in Photoshop, Text to Image in Firefly, and other creative-focused AI features in apps like Premiere Pro and Illustrator. These credits are not used for the AI Assistant in Acrobat.
AI Assistant for Acrobat is totally different. It's a generative AI tool specifically designed for document summarization, answering questions about PDFs, and other document-centric tasks. Adobe has positioned this as an additional service that can be added to any Acrobat plan (including Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Standard, and Acrobat Pro).
"No requests remaining" means you've used up your free trial or limited complimentary access. Adobe typically offers a limited number of free requests for the AI Assistant to allow users to try the feature before they have to purchase the add-on. If the 'AI Assistant for Acrobat' was truly a helpful tool, then you will need to purchase the separate add-on plan. It's often available as a monthly subscription that you can add to your existing Creative Cloud or Acrobat plan—get the yearly plan as it does lower the cost per month!

Thanks for your response. Like I said above, doesn't seem right to make it an add-on. I'd happily trade several element of my plan for the AI Assistant in Acrobat.
